This WORKED for me. I only used this 3 times and my keloids have healed up to 80% already. I never used this consistently or day by day either. I have DIMPLE PIERCINGS on my face. Both had very noticeable keloids, literally the same size of the jewelry gem. I applied this with a q tip on the first day I tried it. The next day I noticed the keloid on my right piercing had an EXTREME difference. It was down about 90%. The left one went down about 30% still visible but not as protruding. This was crazy to see I wish I took before and after pics. About a week later I put some on for the 2nd time, the next day my right dimple keloid was completely gone, flat healed surface. My left one was still showing a small bit about 50% healed now. I’m so surprised by how quickly this product healed my keloids. Can’t say for everyone but I can have sensitive skin at times and this didn’t burn or give a weird sensation, this was very effective. It’s also good to see the comparison on my two keloids and how they healed, one keloid healing completely within 2 uses and the second keloid improving significantly as well. I have applied this solution today for the 3rd time on my unhealed keloid, and it’ll most likely disappear with one more use. I am very impressed and happy with this products results on me. I hope this worked for everyone the way it worked for me. My keloids can last for almost a year so this was amazing to see such fast results. I highly recommend trying.

Did absolutely nothing for my nose piercing bump. Giving it 3 stars because I liked the petrichor smell. But totally useless after several weeks of daily use multiple times a day. Nose bump on piercing site persists.

This product is the TRUTH!!!! I got my industrial pierced around Halloween 2025 and started to get bumps. I was first cleaning with water and tea tree oil but that didn’t help. I developed bumps that was on my ear for about a month or more. Within 2 days this product started working. Drying out my bumps. I would definitely recommend this product.

This solution worked to remove (most) of a keloid which was inside of my belly button from my belly piercing. My keloid went down by half its original size & was no longer pus-filled or "shiny"; even since after I stopped using the product/it running out, my keloid hasn't worsened since using it. Although this solution didn't remove it all the way, it still did a decent job👍🏼.

I recently got my flats pierced, and the redness/swelling from the initial piercing had dissipated. I used Inverness piercing cleaner and a sterile saline irrigation after cleaning. This was working well until about 2.5 months after I got my piercings. I woke up and had swelling and a little pink on my flats (despite using wrestling head gear at night to avoid irritation or damage to my piercings while I slept). There was never any discharge or pus, so I think that my ears still touched the headgear and damaged the piercings. The pink color and swelling would not go away and kept getting worse. I switched to H2ocean, which made things worse still. The pink surrounding my piercing turned red, the swelling was increased and I developed a piercing bump, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. So after the H2Ocean failure, I switched back to Inverness and normal saline and I gave this product a shot. Once a day I clean with Inverness, irrigate with sterile normal saline, and apply Dr. Piercing to the front and back of my flat piercings. It has been a little less than two weeks since starting Dr. Piercing, and the redness, swelling, and bump are gone. I have more extra space for my labret bars than I have had since getting my piercings. I think that my cleaner and saline irrigation were drying my piercings and made it difficult to heal. But that regimen did keep my piercings from being infected. So adding Dr. Piercing has fixed the drying effect of my cleaning/irrigating process and prevents the irritation that I was experiencing. Dr. Piercing will be a part of my piercing care regimen from now on. Also, I use a pillow that relieves ear pressure now and threw out the wrestling head gear. P.S. - I am not sure why there are so many reviews stating that this product dried out their piercing. Dr. Piercing has aloe and allantoin, both of which hydrate and have healing properties. Also, you should do a spot test on your skin to see if you are allergic to this product. Like any other substance on earth, you could have an allergy to it. I hope it works for you all as well as it does for me.

I wish I would have taking pictures before!! This truly has helped with not only the huge bump(keloid) on around the piercing ! But as well as taking the tenderness away from the area. It was so sensitive & painful to even just barely touch. This product immediately started working. You have to be consistent! It states I believe twice a day I use it whenever I think it’s needed so I use it more than twice a day. It smells like grass so not the best scent but not over bearing only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars ! It works! Will be recommending to others.
