it’s HUGE, blew me away!!!
I’ve just gotten the bike it’s truly amazing. All the people having problems and me reading the 1 star reviews honestly made me really hesitant to order this bike but I pulled the trigger and cannot be more happy, I now bought a second one for my girlfriend so we can have fun during the summer and ride trails. She loves the bike too. Max speed I’ve gone on it was 33 mph, a lot of people mention that the speedometer lies to you, that it’s off by 10 or it’s not accurate at all, but I tested with a car side by side and it was actually 33mph. It was insane. Battery doesn't last too long but tbh you are supposed to pedal with the bike but I never did lol. Really fun bike, gonna mod the hell out of it. Pull the trigger whoever is reading this!

Update Junk--2nd review now after 4 months Bike no longer works
4 month review- Bike no longer functions properly. Turning throttle to speed up bike will slow down on its own and motor disengage. Intermittent re-engagement, ultimately it will stop on its own. In the beginning you just hop on and turn the throttle , away it goes. Now you have to pedal franticly with throttle turned before motor will engage.Battery is fully charged. Checked that. Hasn't been through water, hasn't been wrecked.Customer service phone number is a complete joke. Someone's cell phone where the voicemail is full.Sent emails through support website, no response. Also heads up, Amazon takes no responsibility for this item they sold on their website. All they can do is email the manufacturer for me. Going back to Ebay where a sellers rating actually means something and they respond. Manufacturer can makes things right or I will throw it through their California office window.1.First of all, shipping was 4 days late than what was advertised when I bought off Amazon.2.Bike has a fantastic headlight. I mean it is super cool. But then you get a cheap ass little red reflector like you would get on a WalMart bike. I didn't see any pictures of the rear of the bike when advertised. I just assumed it had a taillight because it had turn signals and a headlight. Why in God's name wouldn't you put a functional LED taillight??My 12 year loves this thing and its super cool. However, for 1200 dollars it should have a taillight to go with the other lights installed- not a reflector. The back rack should be engineered better as well. The front tire fender was warped and cheap. I had to bend the support arms better to even get the mounting holes to line up. There is no way to fix rear luggage rack other than drill new holes in the rear rack over the fender. Sure as hell not going to repackage the bike just for that. No way I am going to return this for that and have to wait till after Christmas for a new one. Got hosed on that.

Great Bike
Great bike. Zero regret on the purchase. My teenager uses it all the time and loves it. Worth every penny. As a matter of fact, it should cost more than it does.

Great bike, customer service could Improve!
Bike packaged well. Bike was on sale for 1119.99 after taxes and shipping it was almost equivalent to original price. I still was hesitant to buy because there is minimal reviews. I had the bike for 3 days and put on 20 miles so far on 1 charge mostly throttle, its great . My top speed hit 31 mph on speedometer on a long flat stretch, average is like 23-26. I like everything about the bike, it has decent torque for mild hills. Got complimented by 3 people already and i talked them into getting one .. I dont have another ebike i can compare it to besides a jetson i use to own and dirtbikes. But this is a 100x better then a jetson, lol. Obviously the yz250 dirtbike is better. The best part is you can cruise the streets without getting busted. (I assume)Now what i dont likeSeats should be longer forward to suit any type of riderRear shock feels stiff and cheapNo rear signals / brake light , manually need to turn on rear light (maybe thats why its cheap)Rear rack was a headache, its designed at a ridiculous angle that if you put anything on it would be tipping over .,and i couldnt even mount it up. The holes were not lining up, the fit was so tight i was banging it with a rubber pallet to get it to fit. I reached out to smart travel for a 2nd rack and sent photos of the issue like they asked, only to be told i need to send more videos. Im not the type to waste my time so i took matters into my own hands and made a bracket that would fix the weird angle of the rack and be more level and fix my fitment issue i was having. All customer service could reply back was "good " i fixed a issue that on their part needs to be perfected . ( last photo shows the bracket i made for rack) i also reached out to smart travel because i would like to get into my parameters for my lcd screen, wanted to ask about warranty / vin# (seems like they locked parameter settings) and never got to back to me. I also had a few more questions but im still waiting for a email... would rate it 5 star, -1 star for rack ill -1 star for customer service if i dont hear from them soon
