Good kind of pain
I had agonising lower back pain and this seems to help alleviate the pain. I am happy with it. The only thing is that the 2023 model isn't cordless.

Can’t use
I brought this read all the details and the reviews thought yep ideal for my neck and shoulders. It has arrived today in a brown box with a eu two pin plug. No good when I live in the uk. Very confused as no where was it written as an eu product. Very disappointed
