Broke before I ever used this
The media could not be loaded. Never even used this one time. We bought it a couple of months ago for my sons new shower. It was just installed a few weeks ago. The plumber said he hand tightened and it was fine but the plastic piece on the inside of the pipe completely broke. And now I am passed the return date :((
