Using pads is a very personal thing. Although incontinence is common, the ways to control it to avoid soreness and embarrassment means finding the right product that suits your own specifications. Tena works well for me. It will absorb a considerable amount and is easy to change and disposed of without smell following you about. Tried others including the ones doled out by the NHS - I find it worth paying for, you may or may not, but they are worth trying out if your present choice is letting you down.

Works well, but a bit too bulky for me. I think I shall go back to '2' which were adequate.

Good value great value and delivery on time

Following a TURP procedure, I suffer from occasional urge incontinence and leakage. Considering how thin these pads are, they are very absorbent and when I have lost control, there's never been any visible signs, or any escape of urine from the pad, or indeed any noticeable smell. Also, no-one would know you're wearing one as they fit comfortably inside underwear. Adhesion to underwear is pretty good, and they never get dislodged, though they could perhaps do with a bit more adhesion right at the top of the pad where they fix to the inside waistband of your pants.

More expensive than most alternatives, but worth the extra cost, especially if purchased in bulk. (Avoid the Canadian-made product (bilingual packaging): the Eastern European-made product is superior).

I have used these people pads many times before and they are very good very discreet and comfortable I have however been using the tenna briefs which are much secure with those little accidents and I did in all honesty order the lads by mistake but fortunately not such a huge one as the pads do what they are needed for I just finished the underwear is a lot more secure
