Ordered the second time again high chances of not receiving the item
Product is good had to return as it was too long but ordered another one from same seller

Its good except
It’s a good bar for the price but one issue is, the grip is entirely on the sides of the bar leaving the majority of centre of the bar with the smooth surface. So it’s not great if you were to use it for dead lift. Even for bench press the position at which I hold the bar, the grip isn’t there. Apart from that it’s a decent bar for the price.

Was a bit hesitant to order due to lack of number of reviews but turned out to be a really strong and sturdy barGo for it 28mm 7ft. Fits my 30mm weight plates perfectly.
