They tool pliers and smashed the string holder closed!!
I'll never buy these again. The have a nice, long screw to give lots of adjustment IF YOU CAN GET THE PRONGS OPEN ON THE HOLDER! I bought four and could only pry three of them open. Not worth it! Clearly made by people not familiar with how tuners work!!
