Brilliant. Having symptoms for a while. Test really easy to do and quick results.Test revealed I have perimenopause. Happy now I know so I can do something about it and to know I'm not going crazy. GF did one and she was negative.

This is a home testing kit , very easy instructions to follow. Easy cause you can feel comfortable and relaxed in your own home while doing it. Results are instant. Deffo worth the money -overall really pleased fast delivery.

I wasn’t aware that test kits like these existed. I haven’t been feeling myself for a few months and was talking to a Friend about it and she suggested I might be starting peri-menopause. She told be about these kits and I’m glad she did. Really simple to use. This comes with 2 test kits and each packet includes the testing strip and also a pipette to help transfer the urine into the test area. My line was fairly faint but came up pretty quickly. A relief to explain how I have been feeling.

So I know I'm in perimenopause, I'm 41 and have had hard to ignore symptoms for over 2 years and family history of early menopause. My periods have gone to 4 months apart since 2019, then 2 periods in 3 weeks, spotting for 2 days then nothing for months. Everything has been ruled out. I have horrible hot flushes and night sweats, erratic mood. 6 weeks before I did THIS home test my hormone blood tests ordered by the doctor were NORMAL. So which test is correct? Both possibly. Until you reach menopause or on that threshold where you're almost in full menopause your FSH levels will possibly be normal at different stages I'm your menstrual cycle. Perimenopause can go on for many years and as long as you're still having some sort of period, doctors blood tests will possibly be normal at that precise moment in time. You would probably see fluctuations if the blood test was repeated multiple times but obviously they wouldn't as most of us know you're very lucky if the doctor even tests your hormones. So don't take these tests as a definite confirmation of menopause or perimenopause. Doctors dismiss these as unreliable and if you're struggling with perimenopause symptoms, ask your doctor to treat you for those symptoms. You don't need a positive menopause test to start hormone treatment. These tests are supposed to have 25ml sensitivity, FSH levels for women in full menopause are over 30ml so if you're still having periods and produce a positive test that isn't accurate as for a woman still menstruating FSH levels are 25ml and under so this test makes zero sense biologically either way at 25ml sensitivity.

Both of my tests came back negative and when I spoke to my GP they said that was normal as my symptoms weren’t menopausal. I’ve got more appointments lined up for other tests, so far everything’s going in the right direction! Would defo recommend to anyone trying to navigate menopause as it’s a tough one!

I don't recommend this test; I took two following the instructions and nothing showed up—a waste of money, in my opinion.

So I ordered this and my test came back positive and then got it confirmed by blood test at doctors so these definitely work. Easy to use 2 test in box
