Does exactly what it says. Just make sure you wear them for an hour+ otherwise the results won't be as good (previous experience).

I use these regularly. Even though the maker advises against it, I notice it works best if I use my Scholl electronic foto file about a week after applying this mask. It really kick starts things. This being said I am athletic and perhaps have more dead skin on my feet than the average woman if left unchecked.

I think it depends on what your foot problem is.In my case, I just have dry heels. I did this foot mask Friday 9th June and the pack says the peeling process lasts 7 days. In my case it lasted 13 days of my feet looking worse than normal - your skins just peels continuously like really bad sun burn.Overall they are now very soft, but my heels are still dry and my soles are more prone to blisters than before because the skin is too soft.
