Formidable!
A great book for a Francophile and lover of the classic Goodnight Moon. I'm both. As a relative beginner in French, I find it's a great little book to practice with, and I love having my grandchildren find the "petit sourie" on each page and giggle like mad when they hear that doll is pronounced like their favorite word - "poopie."

The book came pretty fast and in perfect condition.
This is a great story and rhymes same way in French than in English. It is a gift to my granddaughter who is studying French. It is easy French for a beginner.

Delightful French version of American classic
Several member of our family speak French and we wanted our granddaughter to be exposed to the beauty of the language early. She is 15 months and she and her dad have a nice father/daughter time with it and another French book I found on Amazon.

Such a beautiful, curious, and soothing book in both English and French.
We read good night Moon every night for several years to our son who absolutely loved it! No matter what other books you read that had to be the last one of the night. We bought it this time in French for a little niece, and her dad said she absolutely adores it. It’s just loads of fun, with a quirky beauty which makes it so soothing to younger children!

This is a beautiful little paperback for children learning French. My little one enjoys it.

A great way for your child to learn french
We got this bok because we are trying to teach our 5 yr old some basic French. This book is great for naming objects and the repetitive nature of the ryhmes make it easy for the child to learn. Since she knew and loved the english version, this was a great way to learn some french. I recomend this with Ours Brun, Dis-Moi (Brown Bear What Do You See), Devine Combien Je t' Aime (Guess How Much I Love You) and La La Chenille Qui Fait Des Trous (The Very Hungry Caterpillar). These are books your child already know by heart and are a great way to introduce a second language to your young child.

Flimsy book, but good translation
We have the English version of this in board book form. I've been translating it into French for my LO, but struggled with words like "mush" and wished I could make it rhyme. I was pleased with the translation in the book - a professional does a much better job, who knew?- and they even managed to get a little rhyme in the end. The book itself is pretty flimsy; our English version is much better quality, but it does the job. My LO now says, "bouillie." Yay!

Unsere Keine ist jetzt 1,5 Jahre und mag das Buch sehr gerne. Damit lernt sie neben Deutsch auch französich. Die Seiten sind dünn, das heißt, man muss ein wenig aufpassen.

Super petit livre pour le rituel du coucher. Malgré qu'il ai été écrit il y a plusieurs décennies, il est parfait pour les enfants, cela les reposes et les fait développer leur curiosité. Je recommande fortement, et dès la naissance !
