Has anyone had trouble with it rusting? Mine is at all the attached areas. Very disappointed.

Are the top and bottom measurements identical for the rack not including the drain pan? I do not intend to use the drain pan. I will be using in sink.

Sakugi expandable dish drying rack measures 13.9"L x 11.9"W x 5.1"H, and the supporting bars is adjustable from 14.4" to 23.1". The size of the drain pan is slightly larger than the rack.

How do you fasten the water outlet into the back of the rack? It doesn’t snap on and falls off the board..

You can install it according to the instruction manual, and press hard to make the water outlet into the back of the rack.

Is the spout located on the 15 inch side or the 12 inch side?

You can direct the spout to exit any of the 4 sides.
