They said these are 150 DBs. They're NO WHERE NEAR that loud. When i hit the horn button on my truck (or scooter, or motorcycle with a sidecar, or anything else I'm riding or driving), I want your STRICT ATTENTION - and I want it IMMEDIATELY!!Even at THREE INCHES from the trumpet end of the coiled horn, they're only between 98 and 103 DBs.Ahhhhh!!!; but my 30 day return windows lapsed BEFORE i got around to testing them.LUCKY ME!! I got the Assurion Insurance plan that covers EVERYTHING for THREE YEARS!!! I'll let Assurion settle this with Amazon - or the Mfg - or the distributor, etc.

Works wonderful, installation was easy.

The good: It works! Both of them hunk/make noise. They are a low and high note/sound. Both come with a bracket and a nut, which fit great on a Chevy OBS truck. And they are not expencive..The bad: These are not 300db. Not even!So, false advertising there. Material is on the cheap side, but what can you expect?So, there it is.. Not what they advertise, but works as a regular horn..

The listing states that this horn is 300 dB upon testing it it’s not even 100 dB it produces considerably less noise than the factory horn it was intended to replace. Extremely deceptive in the listing Really disappointed I guess at this price point though you get what you pay for. It does make a horn sound so I guess to that extent it works some want. I would avoid this all together though.
