This is awesome!
I put castor oil in my belly and thighs and roll !!! I wake up with less bloat and my thighs less bumpy! Its also great for lymph node drainage! Love this!

It works
We use it to loosen up tight muscles and to get better circulation especially when we sit too long in front of the computer. Its manual so you have to put in the effort in to loosen muscles.
