Very easy to use this for changing the timing belt on Skoda Octavia.

Did the job perfectly, only criticism would be the fit wasn't perfect. The teeth didn't line up fully with the crank sprocket on my car, even though my vehicle year and model was listed in the fitment details. Having said that the tool engaged sufficiently to hold crank securely while timing belt was removed

The instructions did not show my vehicle Vw T 5 Also T30 ? And I thought that it was over priced not value for money

Pretty average quality, don’t fit amazingly, they do work but keep your eye on them when using as the crank tool can slip.

While it did do what was intended, it did not fit the crankshaft correctly. The timing pins are fragile and the round black head comes off. making removing the pins difficult.

A1 worked perfectly on my 2008 golf 1.9 tdi

Realice la distribución a mi motor 2.0 TDI 2007 y todo fue perfecto.Tan solo mejoraria la entrega, que se olvidó de entregarlo cuando ponía en la aplicación.

Ho usato questo kit per la messa in fase in occasione della sostituzione della cinghia di distribuzione del VW New Beetle 1.9 TDI motore BSW anno 2007. Assolutamente perfetto, come si può vedere nella foto i denti del pignone dell'albero motore combaciano perfettamente (almeno nel mio caso). Utilissimo anche lo spinotto per bloccare l'albero a camme. Questo è molto preciso e per farlo entrare nel foro bisogna muovere con pazienza e precisione la puleggia avanti e indietro.Il materiale e la qualità costruttiva del kit sono buoni, soprattutto considerando l'ottimo prezzo.Insomma, un "must have" per gli appassionati di auto del gruppo VAG.

Irrtum meinerseits!Die anliegende Fehlstellung entsteht, wenn man das Werkzeug von oben auf das Zahnrad der Kurbelwelle auflegt.Man muss das Werkzueg aber axial(!) auf das Zahnrad aufschieben(!), dann passt es perfekt! Ich habe es selbst nicht geglaubt, aber es ist so! Ein Anwendungsfehler von mir, der im Internet häufig beschrieben wird!------------------------------Hier mein alter Kommentar, der im Nachhinein völlig falsch ist:Absolut nervend, wenn alles zerlegt ist und die Arretierung der Kurbelwelle definitiv nicht passt und man deshalb nicht wieder zusammenbauen kann. Daher Finger weg!Ich habe einen Golf Variant 1,6 TDI, CAYC, der original VW-Reparaturleitfaden listet als Spezialwerkzeug zur Kurbelwellenarretierung für dieses Fahrzeug T10050 auf. Dies ist gemäß Beschreibung auch enthalten, aber die Zahnung passt in keiner Weise mit der Zahnung der Kurbelwelle, so dass sich die Kurbelwelle beim Spannen verstellt (siehe Photo)! Daher völlig unbrauchbar!Im übrigen sind die beiden , enthaltenen Arretierwerkzeuge von der Form weitgehend identisch und passen daher beide nicht. Wesentlicher Unterschied sind die Markierungen auf den beiden Werkzeugen.
