Wow! I had thought about purchasing a TENS/EMS unit for quite a while, and I am so glad that I finally did! Literally, as soon as I turned it on I could feel immediate relief from my chronic back pain. Buy one now, you wont regret it. The unit itself is compact, easy to use and adjust and fits into a pocket with ease (if you are on the move) The pads are also easy to connect, adhere to the skin well and peel off easily after use. There are several different programs to use, depending on your symptoms or the desired treatment. All in all, this is a great value, well made product and I wold have no hesitation in recommending it.

I was so surprised at how well made this unit was from the way the batteries were held in place to the quality of the buttons. Very well made, almost medical grade product - yet exceptionally small and portable, perfect for sticking in a pocket for discreet use. I loved the fact it was dual EMS & TENS though I was sure being battery operated it would not be powerful - I was wrong! It’s powerful on both settings, it has a multitude of different levels and programs which all function in different ways but ultimately it kills pain and it builds muscle. Very impressed and happy with this product and it’s pricing. It only comes with four pads and leads, but for the price it’s all you need to get started. Replacement pads have been ordered for when the others lose their stickiness.

In the unit I received, both of the electrode channels work perfectly - but not together, so you can only apply two of the four electrode pads at a time. I have read the instructions from cover to cover, and asked someone else to check them too, and there is no reference to this problem and no guidance on how to correct it. So I can only conclude that the unit is faulty. Have had to send it back and request a replacement. 2 days later - The replacement unit I received works perfectly, and I am very pleased with it. Unlike some electronic items, this is extremely straightforward to operate, and although the screen is small it is very easy to read. Recommended.

I have purchased this product because I have cervical and lumbar pain. The appliance has two functions with several programs: 1. EMS: STRENGTHENING AND MUSCLE TONING 2. TENS: RELIEVE PAIN I use function Ten and it relieves the muscle area when you have pain. It is reasonably priced and very easy to use. It has an accessory to hang and a bag to transport. It is a machine that always goes with me, because of its size I even take it on trips. I recommend it.

Absolutely amazing! This is my first experience with a TENS machine. I have suffered with lower back pain for just over two years. I was recommended to get a TENS machine, and after a bit of research this one seemed like the best option! After reading the leaflet which explains the settings and durations recommended for each- I chose one and managed to eventually turn it up to the maximum setting. I feel such a pain relief already! I recommended this to anyone I have already messaged those I know who suffer with similar issues! It's really easy to set up and there is a lock mode so you don't need to worth about knocking buttons and unintentionally turning it up or down while you are using it! Just a side note- make sure you use all four electrode pads at once, I tried just using the two however the machine only works with four!

The unit is conveniently small and comes with a useful pouch to transport it around in. Despite reading the user manual it is still not clear how to achieve the settings it lists. It works well in that you can physically feel it when it's on but there is no way of telling if it's doing what the manual says it should be doing. It's not the easiest unit to set either and I'm not a technophobe.

This is a robust little machine that isn't over-engineered but nonetheless offers all the necessary features. It doesn't break easily but when the pads or cords do eventually need replacing, this can be done comparatively cheaply. For example, the cords on another type of tens machine I had tried previously broke quickly and cost £16.00 to replace, whereas the more generic cords on this machine cost approx £5.00. The pads too are pretty generic and can be replaced by other brands which work just as well. Would highly recommend.

The item was delivered in the early afternoon today. I have suffered severe pain in my shoulders, back and pelvis. A friend of mine recommended this machine. It was a right choice. Initially, it is easy to use with a clear instruction. I have already used twice and experienced the relief of pain. I also let my husband use this machine and he said it was very effective. We both are really pleased. I appreciate that this machine will not be a permanent solution to my problems. But it will certainly relieve me from pain. I would really recommend this machine to others.

Ich habe mich viel mit solchen Geräten beschäftigt bzw. es tun müssen. Als ex-Leistungssportlerin hat man immer mal Scherzen, auch wenn ich Muskelstimulation eher nicht brauche. Das Gerät war also v.a. im TENS Modus für mich interessant. Ich habe mal wieder Schulterschmerzen bekommen und hatte mir von Arzt ein Gerät verschreiben lassen, dass die GKV übernimmt. Also ein Leihgerät. Dieses Gerät gibt es auch hier bei amazon, aber mir war schnell klar, dass jenes Gerät ein paar Kriterien, die mir wichtig sind nicht erfüllt, weshalb ich es innerhalb der 3 Leihmonate zurück schickte und lieber ein geeigneteres kaufen wollte. Außerdem war dieses Kassengerät, wenn man es kauft, deutlich teurer als dieses hier. Ich habe herum gesucht und als ein geeignetes das Prorelax 39263 Tens + Ems Duo gefunden. Zumindest den technischen Daten nach schien es mir geeignet. Die Bewertungen waren dabei nicht entscheidend, denn wie gesagt habe ich Erfahrung mit Geräten, wie sie z.B. bei Sportärzten oder in Reha-Kliniken genutzt werden. Viele davon sind natürlich zu groß, um sie zu Hause zu haben und sie werden auch nicht so einfach für Josef Jedermann vertrieben. Wichtig war mir, dass es nicht so groß ist. Das Kassen- Gerät war klobig und eher bei Schwierigkeiten beim Erkennen oder Ertasten von Tasten im höheren Alter geeignet. Das Prorelax 39263 Tens + Ems Duo ist handlich und kompakt ohne einen solchen „Plaste-Eindruck“, wie beim Kassengerät. Ferner gefallen mir die voreingestellten Programme sehr gut. Ich kann es z.B. nicht haben, wenn es einen Dauerreiz gibt. Die Intervall-modi sind viel angenehmer. Meine Schulter hält viel von Programm 4. Der Schmerz lässt gut nach, direkt nach Gerätgebrauch, ich kann meine Schulter besser bewegen, auch wenn ich sowieso nicht der zimperliche Typus bin. Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall dran. Tägliche Nutzung also. Der Clip ermöglicht das Anbringen an der Hose, sodass ich nebenbei aufstehen und umhergehen kann. Simple Sache, aber wichtig, wenn man sich vom Tisch erhebt und losgeht und das Gerät knallt runter weil man vergessen hat, dass man es noch trägt. Denn der anfangs intensive Impuls (schon bei Stufe 2, wow toll) habituiert, also man gewöhnt sich dran. Mehr als Stufe 3 halte ich aber noch nicht aus. Bei dem Kassegerät war es bei Stufe 9 mir noch zu schwach. Noch ein Plus dieses Gerätes. Die Stromreize sind intensiver und steigerbar. Auch dass ich die Zeitdauer selber wählen kann, finde ich toll. Nachteile kann ich am Gerät nicht wirklich feststellen und vielleicht sind andere Geräte auch gut, aber der Preis war eben auch ein Entscheidungskriterium. Und bei den Möglichkeiten, die das Gerät bietet ist der Preis einfach sehr gut. Abschließend: es steht nirgendwo, dass man 5 Sterne vergeben soll, um eine Personenwaage zu bekommen, nur das um die Benutzermeinung und Bewertung gebeten wird. Das finde ich nicht falsch oder manipulativ. Als Einziges kann es motivieren, eine Bewertung abzugeben, wozu ich meist etwas zu faul bin, so dass ich nur bewerte, wenn etwas grottenschlecht oder eben sehr gut. Das Prorelax 39263 Tens + Ems Duo bekommt von mir so oder so 5 Sterne, weil es einfach viele Kriterien erfüllt. Grüße und viel Erfolg an alle, die das Gerät ebenfalls nutzen!

Devo essere sincero, dato il prezzo mi aspettavo qualche plasticone Made in China a basso costo, ma ho dovuto ricredermi. L'apparecchio è piccolo e sottile, piacevole al tatto e ben fatto, si fissa agevolemte ai pantaloni oppure lo si può mettere in tasca senza grossi problemi. E' alimentato da 3 batterie AAA (mini stilo, incluse nella confezione) ed anche qui avevo qualche dubbio circa la potenza, ma posso assicurare che devo tenere una intensità bassa, dato che è comunque potente. Non è incluso il gel, non ce n'è bisogno per gli elettrodi in dotazione, le istruzioni sono in tedesco, spagnolo, francese ed inglese e nemmeno sul sito si trovano quelle in italiano; onestamente non ho avuto problemi a leggere e capire quelle in inglese.

Muy buen producto. Quería un tens, que lo usaré sobretodo para tratar mis contracturas musculares y algunos dolores crónicos en mi familia. Tiene modo Tens y modo ems. Al principio puede parecer complejo, pero viene perfectamente explicado en el libro de instrucciones. Viene con 4 pegatinas pequeñas, se pueden comprar más a parte pero que coincida con el conector, en la foto que adjunto se ve el modelo. Es super cómodo, muy pequeñito y tiene un plástico que permite colgarlo del cinturón o del bolso y poder hacer cosas mientras lo tienes puesto. Además incluye funda y pilas. El uso y la sensación es igual que los tens de mi fisio, en mis contracturas siento gran alivio. Me ha sorprendido. Muy útil y lo recomendaria.

Je connais ce produit, j'ai fait don du premier pour partager ma satisfaction. L'ectro-stimulation calme notamment les douleurs cervicales mais pas que... et évite la prise d'anti-douleurs. Cet appareil est peu encombrant, pratique, facile à utiliser avec plusieurs programmes et niveaux d'intensité. Il répond à mes besoins et je le conseille.
