The first time I used this product last year. I became the fan of the Audio quality, product quality,it's strength to survive in tough situations and its price. After it got damaged after few months, i bought 2 of it. And recommend it to others. But now everytime I buy it i get more poor quality earphones. Everything is same but the durability is getting lowerd. I don't know what the problem is. But this time when I ordered it again. Within the same day my jack of the headphone started breaking the audio in the left and the right signals. Indicating that it will be damaged completely within a month. I don't know what the problem is in manufacturing, budget issues regarding production of it. But if this thing continues i will have to search for other headphones. Which I don't want to do. Hope next time i would order it again i would get the quality i expect from this amazing headphones.

This earphone is cheaply assembled and predictably unreliable. The earbud mesh/net fell off within a week because the glue used is embarrassingly weak, which already shows how little quality control exists. Even after that, the earphones continued to work, proving it wasn't user damage, just poor manufacturing. Within a month, one side stopped working and shortly after the earphones stopped connecting altogether, a clear internal failure. The warranty process then adds insult to injury: instead of pickup, customers are asked to courier the product at their own cost, wait for inspection, and risk paying return courier charges if the claim is rejected. For a low-cost product, this feels deliberately designed to make people abandon warranty claims rather than actually support them. This follows a familiar pattern with budget audio brands in India -- cheap materials, early failure, and a warranty that looks good on paper but becomes a hassle in practice. If you value your time and money, skip this and buy something local that can be replaced without jumping through hoops.

For this price, it's been going pretty strong since I bought it. The sound quality is nice and it honestly has a pretty and aesthetic look. I use it almost daily and I bought it like 2-3 months back. It's easy to carry anywhere with you and the mic works well. The build is durable since it works well even when you stretch the wires. Just the bass and sound quality can be better. Overall, really good.

I ordered these earphones in pink, and they are really very nice. The color looks cute and exactly like the pictures. The sound quality is clear, and they are comfortable to wear for a long time. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these earphones to others.🌸🌸🌸
