I didn't think they would see my little complaint so customer satisfaction obviously means a lot to them.----I bought two helmets for my daughters. The helmets are great quality and I have no complaints at all about that. They're perfect for teens and preteens that don't want "baby helmets".My one issue is with the free stickers that come in the package. One of the helmets came with a couple of free stickers about smoking weed. While I know my kids know exactly what weed is and have probably been around it, I don't need them to have weed stickers on anything they own. They should know better than to pack that with a product for kids. I threw them out (the stickers, not the girls).

As well as a great protection of course!Stylish old school helmet for my son, that he loves to wear and doesn’t feel pressured when I ask him to put it on.

Fits well and looks good too

The helmet is cute and light weight. My head is at 55 cm and I thought it would fit because the sizing was around my size but it didn't. I'm an adult small frame and thought this would fit my head better vs the adult size helmet but the fitting was not good. My hair gets stuck inside the velcro and I have to push the helmet down to try and fit it. It does fit it snuggly but not comfortable on top of my head. The shape on the inside seems more oval than round. It should fit teenagers but not for adults.

My daughter has hearing devices which can make helmets hard to fit. This is comfortable for my child.

I am VERY impressed with this helmet. I've been so frustrated with the fit and finish of so many "budget" and even "not so budget" kids' helmets lately. They all twist and slide around during the very activities ub which they're meant to protect.This helmet, however, is PERFECT. My kids have rather large heads, so I was impressed with the size range in particular. The helmet "seats" securely on their heads and doesn't drift up and down or left or right.It's got a great look too. The graphics are very clean and there's no manufacturing artifacts that I can find. Everything has a very high quality fit and finish and this looks to be a very high end, well made product. The padding inside is more than ample and I feel very confident in allowing my kids to skate, bike, or whatever using these helmets, primarily because they fit so well.Adjustability is straightforward and easy, and the visibility and sun protection from the visor is a great addition.I wouldn't hesitate to order this item again once they grow out of their current size. It's that good.

We have to retighten this helmet every time our son wears it. It is not secure and doesn’t seem safe. I’d splurge for a more expensive brand. Unfortunately we are out of our return window, otherwise we would return it immediately.
