There's no doubt this is a lovely pen and what I would expect from the famous Parker brand. It looks classy and feels heavier than the average pen. It's a joy to write with and it flows easily. It comes in a smart presentation box to store it safely or to add to making this a gift. I would have expected at least one refill to have been provided and I'm sure years ago Parker used to give one. I'm keeping this safe so I have a decent pen available for when I need it. It is pricey - but then you do get a 2 year guarantee with it.
