I had a pinched nerve around C6-7 level. My doc was super conservative and recommended stretching and PT. I bought one of those neck stretchers that you hang from something and then you pull yourself - that worked well, but it wasn't like you could do that for prolonged periods. With the neck traction device I was able to wear it while working at my desk for several minutes (or longer) at a time. It's easy to use, easy to take on and off, easy to adjust. I found that I really didn't need the air collar part. It seems like it should fit a wide range of people. I tended to have to crank mine down to get a good fit, so maybe that's where the air collar could be more helpful. Overall using this consistently (daily) was enough to get my neck relax and create space for healing in short order, YMMV, but considering I had struggle for months before, I'll take it! Haven't had any issues with quality, it seems well assembled with good materials, and again I can do this stretch anywhere, not tied down (literally) to something stretching me.

I have neck issues due to a car accident 19 years ago. The damage caused many problems and left me arthritis. It gives me the stretch I crave and gets blood flowing in between the vertebrae’s.

Definitely stretches the neck well dropped a star cause the connector snap sometimes disengages if you move your head while using it.

I really had my doubts but this device has worked great for me. It takes using it for a while every day but my neck is so much better now. The air bladder leaks down pretty quickly but just hit the button again.

Does not fit an over 6 ft tall man. No mention of any sizing. Trash company with trash support. Can not get through to anyone at all. Avoid if you have a larger neck.

Not sure how short of a neck you would have to have but cranked all the way up and it still did not feel as though it was pulling my neck straight.. I've never looked at myself and said "damn I have a long neck" never been told that either so I'm the normal body structure and it was just felt too short.. Maybe if they called you head and shoulders growing up this may fit you, but it didn't work for me.

Neck traction device by Air Collar. The collar works, but puts a lot of pressure onto your jaw. Difficult to reach the adjusting knob in the back. Not sure the plastic gear teeth are going to last very long. The pads do NOT come off for cleaning. Obviously I got one that someone tried taking the pads off and so all the little plastic rivet cover caps stick up and I have to push them back on all the time. The pads smelled like somebody had used it with menthol rub. The box it came in looked fine but inside had torn open plastic bags that should have been wrapping the product. Amazon obviously sold used as new. Not happy about that..
