Compact and versatile.
Writes four types of card with a simple plug and play interface

Failed on SIM cards
Downloaded drivers and software for access to smart phone SIM card, no matter what I tried, could not get the card loaded into the software. Not even a button worked on the software. Other memory cards worked simply because they're compatible with newer built in software on the computer. Clearly, the SimCardManager software is not only outdated, but useless. This product should not be advertising that it can read SIM cards until they upgrade their software to win 8-11.

doesn't pull from phone's mini SD cards
It pulled my pics from everywhere in my phone EXCEPT from the mini SD card where all my pics were stored.

Sim Card Issues.
This device will not show a sim card as a drive letter which is why I bought it. The SimEdit only shows what type of sim card and its ID number. I can not get it to actually read the sim card.

Doesn’t work!!’
Unable to install program required to use this device. I am computer proficient and never had a program I couldn’t install until now. I tried both websites as instructed but impossible to install. So I never got to use this item and had to do a return. This item is not expensive but not worth the money if you can’t install the drivers/program. SAVE YOUR MONEY TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE MAYBE A COFFEE FOR YOURSELF😊

Does NOT work and cannot get support for this item!!!
I got this and tried to download the driver for it from their website.Hands down this item is garbage,The driver did not/ will not install and it is a total waste of money.I have left several messages on their support email and gotten no anser. crickets....Don't waste your time or money on this.
