Cute lunch box
I bought this lunch box for my daughter. She needed something slightly larger than a regular lunchbox because she doesn’t carry a backpack to school. This is perfect for holding her bento box, water bottle, snacks, and small school supply items.After a few weeks of use, the shoulder strap and handle ripped off. I reached out to the company directly and told them what happened. They sent a replacement immediately. Hopefully the replacement does not have the same issue. But regardless, I am very impressed with their customer service.

Not great quality, but great customer service
The lunch box is very cute and works great for my daughter. She loves it! After using it for less than two mont:‘he, the shoulder strap ripped off while my daughter was wearing it walking i to school. She wasn’t rough with it. Customer service was great! They were quick and kind. They gladly replaced the damaged lunch box.

Not made well
This product fell apart right after my return window ended. I would not recommend this product.
