Not worth it
These are not worth it to quit smoking. These tastes and smell bad, making you return to ciggerate. I can't prove or disprove the health benifits it claims it has, but this will definitely not last long for you. May be after smoking a couple you'll feel that this is pathetic.

I like the Clove ones the most.. has a nice smell and taste to them. Feels like your smoking something.. the regular ones don't feel like I'm smoking much and are really light.. and well menthol is menthol lol. I'll buy more of the Clove ones surely.
