I purchased this Cell Bell chair after seeing a flood of positive reviews, but after using it for a few weeks, I regret the decision. If you genuinely care about your back and comfort, stay away from white-labeled, budget chairs like this. In hindsight, I should’ve gone with a more reputable, well-established brand.What’s more concerning is the aggressive tactics used to boost their online ratings. Upon delivery, you’re prompted to register the warranty via WhatsApp — which then leads to repeated follow-up messages pushing for 5-star reviews. That explains the overwhelming number of glowing ratings.The reality sets in only after consistent use — and by then, it’s clear these are not customer-centric products but cheaply made commodities sold with the sole aim of pushing volume, not delivering long-term value.

Chair -Celbell for my Home-Desk Office Setup
I recently bought the Cellbell Chair shown in the picture for my work-from-home office setup. It has arrived as well packed, quality is found to be good and meeting my expectation. , I did try to fix it myself - the backrest alignment was incorrect ( it may happen rarely i think though) such that it not straightforward to fit the screws, and Ive to aply all my energy to somehow stretch to do, but still after a week one of the screw came out at the backrest. I've attached all photos above already. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product quality and delivery, although it's slightly expensive than the earlier one I had to swap with this. Its worth the cost and quality, seem very durable, built quality is very good.
