Great accessory to the grill pan and skillet especially when cooking chicken fillet. I do heat it though before use. Needs to be left undisturbed on the fillet to avoid the fillet tearing.

Nice and heavy, good for paninis and bacon though I wouldn't squish burgers or steaks with it! Only criticism is it's a bit small.

Great additional to our Lodge grill pan. We use this to make paninis, grilled cheese and even use when cooking steak.

Costs as much as a small skillet pan but save on cooking time, highly recommended if you want criss-cross patterns on your meats with just one flip!

木製の取っ手が付いていないのをあえて選択しました。 リフターを持っていないのであればお勧めはしません。 ミトンやタオルでも厳しいかと思います。厚手の皮手袋は必要なくらい熱くなります。 かなり重くよくできています。 オープンな鉄板なら問題は有りません。底がフラットしか持って居ませんでしたので楽しみです
