I love this knife! The blade is super-sharp, the handle is beauruful and comfortable to hold in the hand, and the entire unit is sturdy! I bought one for our personal home use for hoof frog maintenance in between trims, and then another as a gift for our farrier who also loved itIt's superior to the 'hook-style blade' for ease of use.

This product is a two in one product! It works so well. We were using two, one for the left and the other for the right. This loop does it all quickly. It's also very well made. I truly wish I had bought it sooner.

Took it out of the box and was immediately dissatisfied. Only one side of the loop has an edge, not both. Blade edge has multiple dings and burs. While it does feel sharp, there is no way I feel comfortable using this on my horse unless I somehow fix the dings/burs. I guess “you get what you pay for” applies to cheap hoof equipment. Handle feels sturdy but definitely meant for larger hands. Mega 😞
