spectacular
So I bought these the other day and I cant believe just how spectacular they work. Ive been trying different things over the last 19 years and nothing works. I started these the other day and on day @ they started to work. They are flushing out all the bad stuff that has been building up. My stomach is shrinking but my gut feels amazing. If your have no relief you have got to try these. I guarantee you these will work. Best product ever...

Nice big bottle with very little unnecessary junk. Good dosage per cap
I hate when herbal laxatives are 10% actual laxative herbs and 90% filler, fiber, and stuff that won't make a difference. This is NOT one of those brands. This is pure cascara sagrada, strong, potent, and 450 mg per cap so you don't have to swallow a handful to get results.This does have two fillers: magnesium stearate and rice flour but that's better than a ton of other stuff. The capsule is gelatin so it's not vegan.This is a good value and I was very happy with this product.

This was not the one
I was really excited to get this supplement. I had taken a couple pills and stomach didn’t feel too well. Then, as I read more into the supplement it stated not to take with some stomach issues. So at this point I had to stop using it. This really didn’t work out for me.
