Despite being a value colored pencil, these are miles ahead of Crayola in terms of quality and blending ability. I have not had the same issues that I have with Crayola with them breaking and so far they are easy to sharpen and require minimal removal to get a very fine tip. I love the variety of the color palette, makes monochrome projects so vibrant with all the different shades. I love using these and I will continue to use them for future coloring books

I use these colored pencils for adult coloring books. The colors are just ok. There is some scratchiness from the lead and is not as smooth as some of my other colored pencils. The colors do shimmer a little, but not as much as I was hoping for.

They are very nice and I have enjoyed using them!

The variety of metallic colors is really nice. Unfortunately they don’t sharpen well and when I do get a reasonable point it breaks. Of the 12, I’ve had to throw away 4. The magenta in the picture is the next to go in the trash. Every time I sharpen it the point breaks. I have a new Prismacolor sharpener so I know it’s not my sharpener. Very frustrating.
