Its been over a month since my kid had been using this watch.I have mixed reviews on this.I live on a high rise apartment and the signal is very blochy on the higher floors, but, otherwise, the call and voice quality is pretty clear and good on roads and outside.The watch is made in Taiwan and it takes a while to update to the local timezone and functionalities.The watch loses its signal once in a while, but for the money paid, the accessibility and quality is good.The gps works accurately 85% of the time.The calls are connected 95% of the time.Not anybody can add and call with the number. Should be authorized by the main parent. Which is pretty safe.Any number outside of the watch users like family or relatives should have the app in their phone and authorized by the main parent to make a call or msg to the child.I do recommend this .!!!

Waste of money. I bought this watch for the safety of my daughter. The only purpose was to track her. It tracked her for only 1 hour rest of the time it didn't track when my daughter came. I restart the watch than it's started working. The sole purpose of watch was lost. I was worried about my daughter whole time. This is a waste of money completely unreliable it's a gimmick. I regret buying this watch.

Amazing quality and best for kids.. We as parents are relaxed as now because we can contact the kids anytime and also see their accurate location. Amazing product. Very happy with the after sales service as well... I contacted the customer service for accesory and they were very supportive and helpful.

My daughter has been using this watch for last 2 months with Airtel sim. It is working fine. When ever we call her on watch, voice is clear; video call also works fine. Overall, product is good and really useful.Two days faces issue. Watch s/w stuck with message " SIM card updating" and power reset was not working. I called the helpline. Call picked up immediately. They listened the issue with patience and offered the tech support over whatsapp. Also, they assured that if issue is not resolved, they will schedule the pick up from home. Immediately, there tech support connected over whats up and helped me to reset the watch after following specific sequence of steps. Watch is working fine after that.Overall, their tech support was prompt and helped to address issue with in minutes.

Overall I can say it good but not best.If sometimes network not available in watch then have to restart. Restart button also challenging to push for restart.It's good as kids can away from home and call anytime voice or video.Location is also showing in parents mobile.
