I loove how fast I received this. It took about 5 minutes to figure out how it works and then I was good! It's not your usual plug and play kettle and once you figure it out, you don't even need to hit the play button - you just place and it heats. And it's so quite. I hated how loud our old kettle was. I think due to the system this is built on, you only hear the boil when the water is just about to be done - not all the way from the beginning. Also it's easy to think it hasn't started boiling but the temperature indicator will show you. For such a small thing i think the need to keep water warm is unnecessary as it boils just enough, but the rest of the features makes up for that.

The glass broken from first use and the hot water spoils all over. I contacted the seller and they didn't respond. Quality is bad.
