Note: updated review when the nozzle failed after a little over a year and a half. This spray nozzle was even better than I hoped! It has dual swivel points at both ends of the short rod that allow it to easily direct the spray to all corners of the sink (see first 2 pictures). The spray setting produces a soft-feeling yet powerful spray. The laminar setting is good for filling bottles, etc. I haven’t found a lot of use for the in-between setting, but it works as described. (See second through fourth pictures.) It is easy to switch between patterns using the grey dial on the bottom. It also produces a very strong flow unlike some water-saving sprayers. My only minor complaint is that the fan pattern is almost too strong, and it sometimes splashes off of items you’re rinsing. But this is easily fixed by turning the water flow down a little. Unlike what some reviews indicated, it also comes with an adapter so it can be used with faucets with female threads as well as with those with outside threads (fifth picture). It has a filter screen built in to the top swivel ball to prevent rust or debris from clogging the nozzle. It also comes with an additional filter screen that I believe is only supposed to be used with the adapter. Overall this is a great purchase! Unfortunately it did fail after 1 year and 8 months. Water started spraying out of the side, especially when you pushed on the nozzle to redirect the spray. After taking it t apart and cleaning it, I discovered there was a crack in the tube connecting the two pieces of the nozzle, as shown in my final attached picture. As far as I know we did nothing to cause the tube to crack. So overall I really did like this nozzle, but I feel it should have at least lasted 2 or 3 years.

It was kind of a pain scrubbing dishes before I got this since there was never a ton of water pressure and I couldn't move the faucet to the side so washing tall things was a pain. Then I bought this thingy. I've had this thing for a few months and Oh my God, total game changer. I actually rarely turn my sink on all the way since this thing has so much pressure (in the video first with the cup is halfway on, 2nd part is fully on). This is so nice with washing dishes since it just pushes everything off. To change it from solid stream to spraw you just twist the little plastic part at the bottom. It does stick down a bit which makes it a little awkward to fill my brita pitcher, but I already had a short sink so I expected that. The swivel range on this thing is ridiculous. I probably use it as much for cleaning the sink as I do for dishes since it can reach all the way to the top (I have to make sure I don't tilt it up TOO far though, since it'll actually spray OVER the lip of the sink). Easy to install, just unscrew the old thing and screw this swivel on instead. It also comes with a few other connectors if you have a differently sized faucet. I had been debating between getting this or a handheld attachment and I'm so glad a picked this one. With how well it swivels I've never felt the need for a hose-connected sprayer that would otherwise just take up extra room in the sink. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Love this. Old one was regular aerator and held water back and dripped constantly after water was shut off. This one has great pressure and flow. Have an old farm sink and due to the swivel function can spray the whole sink and not move the faucet around. Spray function works great. Chrome finish looks great. Fit perfectly.

I am glad I bought it and it works well (after I bought an adapter). Please note that some faucet spouts (mine is a Chicago Faucet) have a slightly smaller diameter male thread. So, this product out of the box would not fit into the spout thread. I believe this aerator has a 55/64" (.86 inch) thread but my spout had a 13/16" thread (52/64" using a common denominator or .81 inch). Not a big deal, but in my case, I needed adapter. The adapter that worked for my situation with a Chicago Faucet had the measurements of "55/64 in - 27 M or 13/16 in - 24 F". BTW, it still looks good after adding the adapter; so don't worry about the appearance with an adapter. I really like the functionality of the aerator. Unlike my last one this is so much easier to switch from full stream to spray. You just turn the gray knob. My old aerator was a push/pull design which put a lot of pressure on the gooseneck spout. I gave it a 4 (instead of a 5) because I wish there was documentation about the potential need for an adapter.

Fabulous 😍 this is my new favorite thing. The water is full strength and can be very strong with the spray setting. It rotates easily and gets all the sink. It fit the faucet perfectly and I highly recommend it.

My husband was forever unscrewing the flow restrictor on my kitchen sink faucet to do jobs like fill the cats’ water tank. I hated when he wouldn’t put it tight enough after his job was done. This thing does not restrict the water flow at all, which I love. And taken when I want to have a pressurized spray of water, I simply give it a twist, and voila! I couldn’t love this any more than I already do! I show it off to anyone who happens to come to my house.

Easy to install. Took about 2 minutes and it works great in our laundry room sink! So glad I bought it. Seems sturdy and long lasting. very happy with it.

Wow. What a difference. This aerator completely transformed our sink. It turned an otherwise ho-hum faucet into a dishwashing powerhouse. The flow was strong, steady, and well-aerated. It even made filling a glass for drinking water a much nicer experience. Honestly, it brought the faucet up to the level of something you’d expect from a high-end model you’d find at one of the big box stores. Now for the downside. Despite the great performance, this faucet aerator only lasted six months. We don’t have harsh water here—it’s fairly neutral in pH, and not hard water, either, and everything that comes through this faucet is heavily filtered. So, there’s no reason this thing should have degraded the way it did. But it did. At month six, a leak developed. When I took it apart to inspect, I found the chrome plating was flaking off inside. The metal—whatever alloy they used—was breaking down and shedding particles into the water. Some of those flakes plugged up the inlet screen, and it’s honestly unsettling to think we may have been drinking water with who knows what kind of metal particles in it. For that reason, it’s going straight in the trash. I won’t buy this type of aerator again. If you do decide to try it, be cautious. It works incredibly well at first, but I’d recommend unscrewing it regularly and checking for wear, especially around the little ball swivel joint. The odd thing is, they probably could have made this entirely from uncoated plastic and avoided the problem altogether. It’s a shame, because the design itself is really smart. I’d love to give this product five stars—it really deserves that for performance alone—but because of the material issues, I think it’s generous to give it 3. Great idea, great function… they just need to get the quality sorted out.

Just read his essay, he's right babes, he was right all along. It's outstanding strong and furious. Started crying a little when I turned it on for the first time. What a flow. What an attachment. Balls to the wall. Can't ask for more. Rinse a plate and need a cigarette after.

I want to say that when I am looking for something on Amazon, I want the best possible quality and I want to find the characteristics I am looking for then most of the time, I spend hours to read many of your reviews and comments of you people and again with this one this is a perfect score so, I will put my two cents trying to add something I was looking when I was reading for this product and no one was talking about it. Length of aerator: My faucet has a very low height and I was afraid this aerator to be too long so I ordered a second aerator with a shorter nozzle from another brand. When I compare the two models, the aerator from Chiataoma is only about ¾ of inch longer so this is absolutely not a problem and the aerator have plenty space to move and wash food or dishes. Power: I never saw that! Like other are saying, the flow in every mode is the most powerful I ever saw. Stores in my location does only sell crap compare to this one. The shower flow is unique with its very fine strong jets; if you want to roughly wash something like broccoli and want to be sure to eliminate every dirt or other: job done! One of my concern was to restrict water and make pressure inside my faucet and making damage to gaskets. But this is not an issue with this aerator, there is not really restriction to water, the flow of water is better controlled and you are not really loosing GPM. Talking about the shorter aerator I purchased in backup, the shower flow is not too bad but with the normal flow, you are really losing GPM because the restriction is too high and I guess this is a common problem with the other aerators. But when reading reviews, this is not a characteristic easy to evaluate so I must say again the Chiataoma aerator is powerful in every mode. Movement is smooth and gentle: I was afraid that the movement will be stiff and that I need to use two hands to rotate the knob for changing the mode. Nope! Compare to my other aerator from the other brand, the Chiataoma is smoother and easy to handle with one hand the nozzle or to move the knob to change the mode of the sprayer. Chrome / Plastic: I purchased the two pack Chrome2 model and I don’t know why the two other models are about the same price for only one unit unless they are full metal but I doubt. Mine is chrome plated for the base (part screwing on the faucet) and everything of the rest is plastic. I don’t know if it will last but I have a spare one. Some folks here did not get lucky and something broke in a short time. Knob adjustment: At first sight, I was afraid there was only two modes and not three because there are no clicks like the other brands and the knob is doing a very small rotating. But the thing is that this knob is proportional and is moving evenly and there are effectively three different modes as the description says and maybe even more!

Love the nozzle. Especially the spray mode that helps clean vessels with lesser water. Not so impressed by the delivery though - took forever to come and they even said they won't be delivering it at one point
