OXO Good Grips Nylon Potato Masher

Brilliant masher very strong and sturdy .been looking for a good one for ages

Really good masher. However - major flaw is that it doesn’t fit in my kitchen utensils drawer. The drawer is standard size and depth - but this masher is just too big to lie on its side and I can’t shy the drawer. Have had to store it on a deep drawer - which isn’t ideal really. You’d think the production team would have factored this in.

Great masher, I purchased to replace my metal one as I have new pans that I didn’t want to damage and I’ve found this mashes much better, very pleased.

I really appreciate the design for this masher's ease of being cleaned. I eventually realised that the metal mashers I had been using over the years were causing damage to the inner base coatings of saucepans via the inadvertent abrasive action created when being used - so they have now become a no-no. There are other non-metal mashers on the market but this nylon 'OXO' one has had a bit of thought invested in it's design such that it has become a winner with me. It's sturdy enough to last a good time too, which alleviates my concerns about the price - plus it ought to save me a few bob by not having to replace saucepans I'd ended up causing scratch-damage to the coating of so often. Works perfectly and it's easy to clean. Doesn't scratch non-stick coatings on pans.

Well made. The ‘stiffness’ of the masher is very good which makes it easier to use. Handle has a good non-slip feel to it. Being plastic means it won’t scratch non-stick pans.

Sturdy and good quality but leaves big lumps in the potato, have to use it a lot more than previous mashers to get it smooth

Arrivato nei tempi descritti all' atto dell' ordine, ben imballato. Ottimo per schiacciare patate e altre verdure mentre si cuociono direttamente nel tegame di cottura. Resiste alle alte temperature e si lava tranquillamente in lavastoviglie.
