What is the difference compared to the 720R please?

I'm sorry, I don't have experience with the 720R, the biggest difference I'm aware of is that the 720R has a 3 axis gimbal, so the image is stable (as is the Potensic's) and the horizon remains level, whereas the horizon moves with the rotation of the Potensic's camera, although the image quality is still great.
