I was disappointed to find no actual snails in this product

I used this product not great.

For a serum, you get a lot of product here. It's in a weighted glass bottle, so it feels really nice. There aren't many gold flakes that come out when actually using the product, which I actually feel better about since I'm not sure how gold affects the skin. This feels like a typical moisturizing serum and doesn't have the same stickiness and tackiness as my other snail mucin products. This has been working well on my sensitive skin and is non-irritating.

Because the percentage of Niacin in a facial serum can only be a rather small percentage, usually around 5%, there is very little snail mucin in this MIESCHER Snail Serum for Face. There is even way less gold... Being that the main ingredients are water, glycerin and castor oil, are great at capturing and retaining moisture, the serum still makes my face feel hydrated and soft. My preference would be to have more snail mucin, since it is so highly touted, as it does so much more for my skin than the main ingredients in this serum. Okay, but I would not repurchase.

Effect on my skin is awesome. Hydrates and looks glassy
