How many masks come in the package?

I think maybe 3 or 4 i ordered these last year. I ended up ordering 2 more packs. The eye holes are kinda lopsided but they worked for what I needed them for. I worked in a refrigerated warehouse and had to wear a mask so this over my mask worked perfect.

How do these hold up after extended use? Some reviews say they fall apart.
