Is there a manual mode? if you touch probes it goes to continuity but i want resistance. also want to test resistance over v at times

Hi, TM-510 is a multimeter for beginners, only automatic mode, no manual measurement mode. According to the setting, only the resistance greater than 50 ohms will be detected by the resistance test mode, and it will enter the continuity test mode when the resistance less than 50 ohms is detected.

Thank you for your question. The TESMEN TM-510 Multimeter has the automatic shutdown function. The meter will automatically turn off if there is no operation for 15 minutes. To cancel the function, you can press and hold the H/NCV button and the power button at the same time while turning on the multimeter, and the auto-off symbol will not appear at the upper left of the LCD.

Does this guage temperature?

This multimeter is not capable of measuring temperature.
