Nothing comes close in comparison to this amazing product for relieving dry problem skin conditions. Nothing! I am 57, have advanced Palmoplantar Keraterderma (since 2010), which in layman's terms is a serious hardening of the skin on the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands. I live in AZ, an incredibly dry state which adds to this problem of cracked soles and palms that break open and bleed and peal constantly. My dermatologist has tried everything to cure my condition, which is of course stress related. I've been on $500 prescriptions for Clobex, Calcitratin, Hydrocortizones, etc. and nothing managed to keep my skin moist, pliable, or allow it to heal. I've used petroleum jelly and saran wrap to alleviate the condition, but inevitably the skin dries every time after showering and once the shoes are off. I've used Aveeno Eczema Therapy cream, Cetaphil Restoraderm (for months), and other over the counter remedies recommended by my dermatologist. To my nose, the oil smells a bit like the way an olive tastes — earthy, almost like manure. I love olives, so it doesn't bother me, but my bf is less enthused about it. However, the scent seems to dissipate quickly.Since getting the bottle, I've been using it for various skin-related issues:1. Facial moisturizer: I really like the way the skin on my face feels after moisturizing with a little bit of this oil. At first, I would pump 1-2 drops into my palms then rub it into my face. That actually made me break out ): After some trial and error, the method that works for me is to pump a couple drops in my palms, rub it over my hands like hand lotion, then use the tiny residual amount leftover on my palms to gently pat my face. Deposits just enough oil to moisturize my face without saturating it in too much oil and making me break out.2. Hair moisturizer: 2-3 drops on my palms, rub around like hand lotion, then run my hands through my hair. It controls flyaways and makes my hair feel silky. I like combing some through my hair before I sleep. I've noticed my hair is healthier and more hydrated since using this regularly.3. Beard balm: I like to think it makes my bf's beard less scratchy, but the effect isn't major. He does like how it feels on his beard though.4. My FAVORITE use for this oil, and the #1 reason why I'd buy this again — body moisturizer. At night, my skin gets really itchy for no discernible reason. My legs, arms, and back get these itchy hives-like spots. Rubbing this oil onto the itchy spots stops all irritation within seconds, and I no longer have to scratch myself. It's amazing. I don't know how or why, all I know is that it works to calm down my night hives. I've also noticed that my scattering of chest acne — recurring breakouts and scarring on my chest kept me from wearing low-neck shirts for the past two months — calmed down and faded away within a week of regular oil application.So in summary, this oil performed much better than I expected, and because 1-2 drops go such a long way, I think it's well worth the price tag.

I have been searching for a good Argan oil, this one really impressed me. I recall seeing a review from someone mentioning the nutty smell of this one and that it assures you that it is Argan oil, so I gave it a shot. I used it after I shower and my hair is hydrated until the next time I wash my hair. I really like this product, I only wish that the bottle was bigger because I dispense about 2 or 3 pumps to spread it throughout my hair. Definitely worth a shot if anyone is looking for a quality product.
