Once it is mixed should it be Refrigerated? My son mixes it in the morning. Will it keep until practice after school?

My grandsons prefer it cold. I believe once it is mixed and not refrigerated it lasts about 24 hours.

Can we use these pods with a different bottle/jug? Our team has matching water bottles, but we need a solution for Gatorade to be added to them. Thx!

The pods just have a heavy foil type top on them, which is punctured by the plastic in the Gatorade bottle. That said, you can puncture those tops with anything, such as a spoon, and dump the contents in any bottle you chose.

What flavors are in the variety pack?

Glacial Freeze, Fruit Punch, and Glacial Freeze Zero. Personal opinion just order the bottle and Glacial Freeze all the other flavors have a weird after taste
