WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.

I was constantly having leg and foot pain from all of my shoes and boots. I gave these a try and am shocked, I’ve been out of pain since using them. I’d recommend them in footwear that has a little extra room to accommodate an insert. They are well made, have great arch support, and comfortable. I was so relieved to finally be out of pain that I ordered a second pair.

Right off the bat, they are a really good comfortable choice for the price. They have a cool design and feel surprisingly durable, offering great support right under your arches where your feet take the most abuse. They fit nicely into regular work boots or sneakers without much fuss, making them an expensive-feeling fix without the actual custom price tag. For what you pay, the value here is totally fair and they do a good job absorbing shock with every step you take. But if we are being completely honest, they fall into that "all right to good" comfort tier. I’ve spent about $10, $15, or $20 more on higher-end pairs before, and you can definitely feel a big jump in premium cushioning and long-term relief when you step up to that next price level. At the end of the day, if you want something inexpensive that gets the job done right now and stands up to a lot of weight and movement, these are a massive step up from stock shoe factory insoles. They are a great, durable budget option. Even if spending a little extra cash later down the road gets you an even better ride.

Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles. I am 5'9", 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I'm able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says "you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they're the best!" that doesn't apply when you have feet like mine. Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they'll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don't roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don't feel like I'm standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of "high arch" and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters. I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary. (EDIT: Six month update: began to have mild discomfort again. Figured inserts were getting a bit worn being consistently used so heavily. Tried to replace with another brand (Walkhero) and got my usual large levels of pain and discomfort within two hours. Swapped these old Valsoles back in and felt relief. Bought a new pair of Valsoles with the cork insert and am very happy with them. Love this brand and will not be straying again. Of note, this old pair is still in pretty good condition even being a bit worn out and will find a home in another pair of shoes that aren't my hard-use work boots. Six months of 10-12 hour shifts and 15-20k steps is a perfectly acceptable lifespan and I still couldn't be happier with the purchase given I will still be using them albeit in a more limited capacity.)

As an older man, I was starting to have fibroma problems, on the underside of my foot, that were caused by hard work on a concrete floor and exacerbated by extra bicycling adventures. Having recently seen a podiatrist, and having gotten some treatment, I was looking for new inserts to see if they'd help. First week and these inserts are outstanding. Night and day compared to my other exspensive inserts. I read from other reviewers that some felt these were too rigid, but these are so comfortable for me- so idk.Im so impressed that I havr a second pair in my cart for a different pair if shoes. After a work week, even with treatments, my fibromas would be a little sore as would my hip, but a week and a half in and Im feeling much less pain- almost none.

When I first started using these insoles to support my arch, I was excited to have insoles that fit the full length of my foot bed. However, six months later I’m having difficulty with my left toes. I’ve never had issues like this. They seem to be cramping and crowded and perhaps overheating. I’ve worn these high tops without incident for three years, so I don’t understand. Please advise.

I'm a bigger guy, so good support in my shoes makes a real difference. These VALSOLE orthotics give me the firm arch and heel support I want while still being comfortable enough to wear all day. They feel much more substantial than the basic insoles that come with most shoes. I like them enough that I use these orthotics in all of my shoes. For me, that says more than anything else about how well they work. They're comfortable, supportive, and sturdy enough for everyday use. Five stars.

I didn't officially go to a podiatrist, but I had all the signs and symptoms of plantar facciatis. I tried a foot sleeve/wrap...and other inserts and not only did the pain get worse, but no relief at all in my left foot. I decided to try these and the moment I slipped them in my shoe I got immediate relief, and no more pain after. I highly recommend these.

The foam cushioning makes a big difference, especially when I’m on my feet for many hours. I work in retail at Winners, so I walk and stand a lot during my shifts. I was dealing with quite a bit of heel pain, and after about a week of using these insoles, I started noticing that my pain was getting better. They have made a big difference in my everyday life and have helped me get through my work shifts with much less discomfort. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable support for their feet.

I wasn't too familiar with the Valsole brand but decided to give these a try based on the reviews. Very glad I did. These insoles are great. They really do make a difference. I have flat feet and these definitely help with support and are comfortable. Absolutely recommended.
