What are the ingredients?

The following are the ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Caramel Colors, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Maple Flavor.

The 10.58 oz option says 1.54 per lb... so is this a case of smaller packages or this incorrect information?

Hello, Sorry about the confusion. Amazon does an auto calculation based on weight and price. But it seems like their calculation is incorrect. There's only one bag and its weight is 10.58oz.

We need a non-stick pot with lots of water, the water has to be 10 times more than BOBA2U. The water is very boiling, we slowly put each handful of BOBA2U into the pot, 1 minute after stirring gently, and when we see all of them floating on the surface If the water surface and change transparent color, turn off the heat, put the lid on the pot for 2-3 hours, then pour BABO2U into a basket to remove the water, then use drinking water to rinse briefly and then put in a bowl, for one less sugar . You can use them for 3 days at room temperature, if it is longer you put in microwave a little.
