Very pleased , this is well made , and is ideal if you want to lay on it , we bought it because husband have had spine surgery and this is ideal for his comfort , the best bit is it comes already assembled therefore easy if you have health problems, and you are getting on in age ,also have found the company satisfactory,

Great product.. .Just a shame that the door doesn't have a fixing to keep it closed and no instructions on the very good quality cushions

Looks great, very comfortable and so many ways to use. Each side can be used in different ways independently. Worth the money

My husband and I had just had an expensive extension built onto our house with an equally expensive decking area. We bought this product because it looked like quality and look good on our decking. When we unpacked it there was a bolt loose amongst the packing so we were very careful not knowing whether this had come out of the furniture. We discovered it had but it wouldn't fit back in where it appeared to be missing. One side of the back of the chair assembly is not loose and although we have been able to use it, it's not right. We expected more for over £700 - Does the Seller have anything to say about this?

Ordered because had foot stool and table works well for lunches for 2. Comes as a complete pack, less flexibility , have fallen asleep several times very relaxing, need space away from wall to allow for seat adjustment great all round good value seat

We bought this is August 2017. At that time it cost 2/3 of the current price. Yes, the hinges and some other bits have gone rusty, but none of it is visible when the lounger is in use and it all still works fine and looks nice. We tended to keep the cushions in a shed when the lounger was not in use; although, they have been left out in some very inclement weather over the years. When this did happen, we left them in-situ to dry. For the first 3 winters, we covered the chair with a good quality table cover (we could not find a purpose-made one). For the last two years, it was left uncovered all year.If you are thinking about purchasing this, you do need to consider the space required. If you plan to regularly use it as a longer rather than a chair, you really need about 3ft of space behind it so that you can drop the chair-backs. The alternative will be to drag it back and forth and this is not easy because of the weight. The weight caused us some problems when it was delivered. Ours arrived in one piece in a big, flimsy cardboard box and we struggled to get it through to the garden. With hindsight, we should have upacked it and removed the cushions and stools before attempting the move it.

I purchased this product less than a year ago and have been happy with quality until now. One of the seats can only be used as a flat bed now as ratchet mechanics has stopped working and other chair doesn’t seem to great either. As I am 65 and bought this for comfort it will really be of no use to me if other one goes the same way. I have been informed by MH Star that guarantee is only for 6 months and they don’t do this product anymore, yet I was able out of curiosity to order another one from them,not that I would.
