These breast pads are a great choice for new mums. They're soft and omfortable. The absorbency is impressive, handling leaks well. They also stay in place. Each pad is individually wrapped, which makes them easy to carry in a changing bag. I used to use another leading brand. But the adhesiveness of that brand's breast pads has dropped significantly recently. I then swapped to Lil-lets and they are fab.

The wrapper is thin enough to catch leaking breasts but could have a perforated opening for easy opening.

These are perfect for post delivery. They make you feel clean and fresh. They don't break in your hand and are a good big size and thickness for you to appropriately clean yourself up. They dont sting, are soft and retain their moisture well and frankly make you feel so much better after any accidents (if you know what I mean)

Let me start by saying it is a clever idea of having 2 pairs of wings because the pad is so long. It comes individually wrapped. It also stays in place. However it could be very cumbersome to use on the first 3 days postpartum where you have to keep changing your pads because the blood flow is high and"ungluing "and "regluing" the pad each change time becomes tiring. It is also very easy to use with the mesh postpartum pants and it is indeed breathable.

So this breast pad is very superb,does a great job of holding all the leaked milk all the while making you feel dry so you wouldn't notice except you take it off and doesn't show through the bra even when you wear very tight blouses. Con: the "honey comb" design sticks on the nipple if they are cracked and can be painful peeling them off when you start breastfeeding. The pads come individually wrapped, i.e 1 pad in a bag so if you rush off grabbing just 1,only 1 breast will be padded. The stickers also come off when you take the nylon off sometimes one just doesn't want to stick the pad to the bra for easy removal. Asides all this,it is an excellent product.
