This mat is really cheap quality material. It is also slippery and EXTREMELY THIN. I tried to do downward dog and my feet were already slipping on the mat. The mat i got is either really defective or the material is just bad. Don't get this yoga mat! I can tell that when I received it that it wouldn't last long at all and I do yoga very often.

Very thin. Recommend you purchase one that is thicker or buy two of these and glue them together.
