I have a tiled coffee table i am up cycling. could these be used for decoupage? i usually use their rice paper but wondered if i could use these,

Not sure about decoupage as such but a collage is a possibility... The papers are more like light card though you could possibly print them on to rice paper or just lighter paper but that would depend on the quality of your ink and whether it would smear. There are no problems with the papers themselves. Gorgeous images... Good luck...

is this item suitable for covering the front of a scrap book

Yes, you could use it whole for a 12x12 scrapbook, or cut different elements out and stick them onto one of the plain papers. Your imagination is the limit (no, I am not related to the company :) ) The other nice thing about Stamperia is their front and back covers have designs on the reverse, so you can use those or cut bits out of the front cover. I've bought a few of these now and I absolutely love them.
