Will this hold a card in a top loader?

It will not. It will fit cards in dragonshield sleeves and equivalent size hard cases.

Do these hold 100 cards of double sleeved cards?

Yes. We have our commander decks double sleeved and in these deck boxes comfortably.

Does this pack come in different colors? I already own the black deck box, and so I would like 4 colors other than the one I already have.
