Bravo to EJ Noyes on writing a marvelously hot, love story with just enough anxiety to keep me reading on the verge of tears or belly laughs! She is a delightful wordsmith, leading one along the emotional roller coaster of love and life like the pro she is. Such wonderful and full characters at every turn. The sum total of this story is love wins out, just trust it! So buy, suggest your friends do the same and enjoy it like I have.

What can I say about E.J. Noyes that she doesn't do with her own words?From the first paragraph, you're hooked on Audrey and Isabelle. Passionate, intimate, and emotional, this story is a ride that takes its time but soars through, and all of it is amplified by the voice work of Abby Craden. It is so worth reading and listening to. Long car ride ahead, you'll love this.

What can I say. EJ Noyes has done it again with another smash hit. This is a delightful fast burn that spares no chapters before diving into the steamy scenes. This was a pleasant surprise, I must admit. But what I really enjoy about it, Noyes manages to bring sexy and sweet together. It starts off as a one-night-stand, they both realize they work at the same job (matter of fact, one works for the other), to end up catching and admitting to catching all the feels for each other. These two have a physical chemistry that is undeniably hot...and when they manage to peel back the layers to their true desires for more is when this story takes a turn towards passionate and super sweet. A theme of this story is priorities. That is, prioritizing what’s more important to preserve. Will it be the ache that can eat at you when you are uncomfortable with being vulnerable or the ache that is unrelenting when you realize it’s worse when they aren’t around? My only two complaint are I finished this book waaaaay sooner that I cared for and it left be with a book hangover...guess I wasn’t prepared to take-in that much brilliance in such a short amount of time. Looking forward to her next release. EJ Noyes just never seems to disappoint.

This sweet, very sexy novel doesn’t have the high life-and-death stakes of her Ask, Tell series, but in its own way has high stakes of the emotional kind. Noyes is my favorite romance writer because of the depth of her feelings for her characters, the groundedness of the settings, and the just general loveliness of her style. If you can also listen to Abby Craden’s audiobook, you’re in for an extra scoop of lusciousness.

There is no shortage of sexy, and it was hard to put down! Abby Craden's narration amplified everything- the sexy, the angsty, the imagery- it is perfect!Enough obliviousness, tripping over themself and conflict to make the happy ending satisfying, but not so much that I would call it angsty. I used it as motivation to get out for my daily long walk.The book opens with Isabelle leaving a one-night stand, only to get to the plane and find that her fantastic lover from the night before is her company's new pilot! Isabelle, as co-owner of the company doesn't want to get involved with an employee! She's much to responsible to do something inappropriate...but Audrey is irresistible! Isabelle eventually gives in to her desire to be with her. though only as casual lovers. They aren't dating, and they'll never be dating, because Audrey couldn't want her like that, right?I was so invested, and Isabelle and Audrey felt so real, that I wanted to pick up the phone and call one of them and set them straight when things go wrong!I'll definitely be revisiting this book!

Turbulence is a fitting title for this hot and sexy, yet sweet and tender romance. Isabelle Rhodes is a hotshot New York stockbroker that ends up in a one night stand with pilot, Audrey Graham. Isabelle's thrown reaction in discovering that Audrey is also her employee that very same morning after is the beginning of their turbulent relationship. And turbulent is the overriding theme throughout this marvelous story. Told through Isabelle's first person POV, she has taken New York by storm with an uncanny knack for expanding the wealth of her clients and while she is a business shark, we also find she is horrid with relationships and deeply vulnerable when it comes to opening herself to others. I really liked getting to know this character who is so strong yet vulnerable, foul-mouthed but able to carry an intelligent and witty conversation, and a gritty sense of humor that had me laughing out loud multiple times. When Audrey enters her world, the intensity of Isabelle's attraction is nearly thermonuclear and you are given a front row seat to that intensity thanks to the emotional punch that first person POV can deliver when done right. While the physical chemistry between them rages like an inferno, it's the quiet, poignant moments that lends this story a certain elegance that reflects the perfect balance of hot and sexy with sweet and tender. This author's second book did not disappoint and I am eagerly awaiting her next offering.

Electricity shines throughout the book. E.J. Noyes knows her characters and matches them well. Low angst, a lot of steamy scenes to keep your mind active. Definite personal growth for the characters.Isabelle is a workaholic that recently broke up with her girlfriend. Decides that she can do a one night stand, without any information exchanged. After leaving the next day, she doesn't think she will see the woman again, however as soon as she arrives at her plane, she find out that her mystery woman is her pilot.Audrey is beautiful and Isabelle has this need to continue the relationship, but unsure how to proceed when Audrey is an employee. They decide on a benefits only relationship. As the relationship continues, we watch Isabelle and Audrey grow as a couple and individually.This is a wonderful romance that is definitely worth the time to read.

Liked the plt and chapters are very well conected. Thought the end could had explored more about the dynamics of main characters, but this book is really good
