Bassface 4.1 amplifier and controller

I recently purchased SQ4.1 amp and controller in July 2015.My amp made a poping sound at low volume then loss power with burning smell ! Be I live in Australia I do not qualify for refund with Amazon UK !This amplifier was installed correctly and working fine until the above incident with sound device...Unhappy customer Steve Q
