Yes it should as long as it matches your skin tone. If the spots are very dark you should try dabbing a tiny amount of concealer corrector first before applying the dermablend.

Will this be waterproof enough to cover tattoos while in an onsen? (An onsen is a Japanese hot spring - tattoos are usually prohibited)

Yes it will stay on even in hot temperature water. I can shower and shampoo my hair and it stays on my neck. If you rub it with a wet towel it will wear off. I would suggest applying several layers before going into the onsen several hours before so it is well absorbed and dry.

Will this cover tattoos

yes, coverage is buildable. Though, you may need several layers, depending on tattoo size/color. I have several friends who use this solely for the purpose of covering tattoos.

Spider veins

My legs are great for my age but have spider veins ...so blue do they make my legs they are never on show bare.... this product is brilliant I have the setting powder as well... walk with confidence in summer months now

If you're trying to cover a big tattoo look for something else...

So disappointed...I bought it to cover my tattoo and it's terrible! It turns orange on my skin and it just doesn't cover the tattoo. I've tried even with a colour corrector and nothing! Simply a waste of money....

Effective cover for birthmark

I have pale skin and a large and dark port wine birthmark over my neck. I've been using Dermablend daily for years and it does a great job of concealing when layered. Like any make-up, I guess (I don't wear other make-up) it transfers to clothes on occasion, especially when I don't give enough time for the setting powder to do its job. That aside, I really appreciate this so much, as it's allowed me to go on with my life feeling much less self conscious.
