Better than loops!
Brilliant earplugs! My partner is a very loud snorer so I’ve been wearing earplugs for a few years. I started with disposable foam ones, then got the loop quiet, then the loop dream which were great until they started sliding out my ears at night which is as disruptive as the snoring, and I was also waking up with painful ears from them. Then I saw these alpine earplugs and the reviews were great so thought I’d give them a go.I got the multi size pack as I wasn’t sure which would be best for me. I started with the larger ones but have actually got on better with the smaller ones. They’re so comfy to sleep in, I don’t feel them at all. And they block out most of the snoring which is great. They don’t seem to block the noise quite as well as the loops, but they are so much more comfortable and don’t slide out my ears so I seem to sleep better with them even if the noise reduction isn’t quite as much.I’ll definitely be buying these again!

Sleep at last.
I bought these in the hope that I would eventually find something that would block out the horrendous snoring next to me. These fit perfect in my ears, comfortable and stay in. I sleep on my side and no issues. They don't block all noise but they drown it out so that I rarely wake up, and if I do I can fall back asleep. One downside is that when there's a good thunderstorm outside, I miss it. They last longer than any others I've tried too.

Life changer
First I don't usually post reviews but someone's comment made me buy these earplugs. I have very loud neighbours that live at night. Over the course of a year I had tried so many other ear plugs from foam to more expensive L**p but they would either fall during the night (I'm a side sleeper), irritate my ear canal or prevent me from falling asleep. My best solution was to use two white noise machines together but still I'd be woken up 5/6 times per night by my upstairs neighbours. Out of rest and ideas, I asked chatgpt for help and got recommended these Alpine. As the cost wasn't too expensive I gave it a go and bought the small one. They have changed my night (and life)!!! No discomfort, most noises blocked, this is the first time in 1 year I have been sleeping properly despite being a light sleeper. If you're reading this comment don't hesitate, the cost is well worth a hundred good night's sleep!

Not nearly as good as silicone ball earplugs
I have used moldable silicone ball earplugs like Hush Plugz every night for many years but have got concerned about the wastage as they are disposable, even when using them for a few nights. So I thought I would try these as the reviews seem to be consistently good. I followed all the instructions online and seem to have a good snug fit that felt secure and sealed on both ears. The amount of sound blocked is hugely disappointing and nowhere near the amount blocked by the silicone earplugs I have always used, which themselves claim to block less dB than these reusable ones. With the silicone plugs a TV becomes muffled to the point you struggle to make out words, seagulls outside my room vanish into thin air and traffic noise becomes a distant rumble. With these Alpine ones I can hear everything going on, just slightly quieter.

One fatal flaw...
Fit great and comfortable enough to sleep in, even on my side. However, they don't block out enough sound. In fact, they blocked the white noise I had to drown out the noise but not the noise I was trying to block, so they kind of enhanced it!3 stars because I can't give 2.5 and they are the only ones I have found that are comfortable to sleep in.

Silent and comfortable
The most comfortable sleep ear defenders ive used. They are fairly fixed in position and after a long night, remain in my ears. I don't find they cause excessive in ear sweating and completely silence hotel rooms. So much so I nearly missed my alarm this morning. Really happy and totally worth the money.

Works a dream
I very rarely post reviews but I just had to on this product — to reassure anyone who’s been going through similar to my husband and I. We haven’t shared a bed in over a year due to his incessant and loud snoring, and my quality of sleep was severely impacted. Since using the ear plugs, we have been able to share a bed again and my quality of sleep has massively improved. They are incredibly comfortable and sit in the ear really well. I’m a side sleeper and there is no issue with sleeping on my side when using these as they are super soft and the quality vs cost cannot be compared. I’ve used loops in the past and they do not touch these. They don’t fall out if you put them in correctly and I believe that they should last for 100 sleeps? I’ve been using them for a month now with no issues. They come with a small carry case to keep them in so was able to take them on holiday recently too.
