The screen constantly blackouts and reboot. It malfunctions often. Bought it for my teens car and it is dangerous for her when she is trying to get directions when her screen blacks out. Save your money.

I had to cut plastic to get it to fit an example was the tabs holding the whole thing in place had to be cut down because of a misprint or some type of defect. Android auto is also spotty not always working when you want it to. At least the direct Bluetooth works well along with being able to remap, the steering wheel buttons was boss

I initially had trouble with this radio because my daughter's car has a factory amp installed and that required a special adapter and a device called a canbus in order to get everything installed and working. Customer service went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and provide instruction on installing.

I purchased this system as an upgrade for my nieces 2012 Hyundai Sonata for Christmas. We had it professionally installed and everything worked except the volume. We could not hear anything. Had to reinstall the factory radio. Returning for a new one in hopes that it will work or we will have to find another vendor.
