Since visiting my first gin bar I have made Juniper berries part of my essential must haves along with ice and lemon. They look great if you have one of the large bowl like glasses. It has become an expected norm in our house and visitors always comment on how they enjoy them'.

Veramente eccellenti. Avevo acquistato per la prima volta le bacche al supermercato (il classico vasetto di vetro da pochi grammi) e mi erano piaciute pur trovandole piuttosto delicate e poco aromatiche (prima di allora solo assaggi molto sporadici dalla pianta durante le passeggiate in montagna ma mai usate). Le ho finite praticamente subito (masticare come caramelle o in infuso). Allora ho pensato di acquistarne un maggior quantitativo. Certo un kilo sono veramente tante, ma il prezzo è conveniente, il sapore intenso. Solo un vaglio visivo prima del consumo per la presenza di piccoli pezzetti di rametti o foglioline (ma poca roba )

Muy buen producto, lo pongo en el mortero y lo aplasto un poco antes de preparar la infusión para aprovechar todas la propiedades. Buen sabor. Si se quiere se puede endulzar con un poco de miel, a mi me gusta solo.
